Scholz Will Go So Everything Remains The Same │ The Duran

Alex Christoforou & Alexander Mercouris:
Is Olaf Scholz, Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany
- the governor of the most important US-vassal state in Europe - on his way out?

This is what Springer's Bild, Europe’s biggest daily paper and a major CIA media in Germany, is suddenly peddling with. Bild creates a narrative around Scholz 'retiring' soon. He would be replaced by Boris Pistorius, the current Federal Minister of Defence, another seasoned senior Atlanticist, Anti-German, Warmonger, Russophobe and Zionist apparatchik of the US-occupation regime. Pistorius 'may' ban the AfD, Germany's most popular opposition party, Bild informs. To 'save democracy'. No worries. No elections. Steinmeier, Habeck, Baerbock, Faeser will remain. No regime change. Germany remains course. End of announcement.

"Majority wants Pistorius instead of Scholz" claims Bild,
while farmers block roads and fuel deliveries in largest nationwide protests ever.

The Time of the Civilisational States │ Alain de Benoist

The way in which, since the 1990s, the Chinese authorities, claiming to have ‘Asian values’, have rejected criticism in the name of the human rights ideology is significant. In January 2021, at the Davos Forum, Xi Jinping said, ‘Just as no two leaves in the world are the same, no two histories, no two cultures, no two social systems are the same. Each country is unique in all these areas, and no country is superior to another. There is no need to worry about differences, but rather about attempts to impose a hierarchy between civilisations or to force some of them to align themselves with another in terms of history, culture or social system.’

» The logic of great spaces does not have a universalist scope. The paradigm is no longer national, but spatial. «
Carl Schmitt, 1941.

The recognition of the crisis of universalism and Western hegemonism thus goes hand in hand with the feeling that the era of the international order based on the conflicting balance of nation-states has ended, as Carl Schmitt foresaw as early as the 1930s. The rise of civilisational states signals the entry into an era in which the world order is no longer reduced to the unstable equilibrium of nation-states. As civilisational norms become a pivotal point in geopolitics, the main competition is no longer the traditional one between nation-states but the one between civilisations. Civilisational states give rise to a new mode of sovereignty that is no longer that of nation-states.

[...] The notion of the civilisational state is even more reminiscent of the ‘great space’ (Großraum) theorised by Carl Schmitt to rethink international relations beyond the codification of relations between nation-states. A ‘great space’, Schmitt says, requires a ‘great people’, a vast territory and an autonomous political will. ‘Empires’, he writes, ‘are those ruling powers that carry a political idea radiating out into a determined great space from which they exclude, as a matter of principle, the interventions of foreign powers.’ And he adds this essential reminder: ‘The empire is more than an enlarged state, just as the great space is not just an enlarged micro-space.’ ‘The logic of great spaces does not have a universalist scope. It only integrates the historical evolution of the great territorial powers influencing third countries. The paradigm is therefore no longer national, but spatial.

The Concept of Distributed Heartland │ Alexander Dugin

The fight to rule Heartland – by Sea Power from without, or in Heartland itself from within – is the main formula of geopolitical history, the very essence of geopolitics. Geopolitics is the battle for Heartland. All schools of geopolitics are founded upon and proceed from this model [...] Just as the multi-polar world arises, so does a contradiction. If we take into consideration only one Sea Power and one Heartland, then when it comes to speaking of a multi-polar world, Russia cannot possibly be the only Heartland. Russia cannot achieve a multi-polar world on its own. In the very least, multipolarity entails four or five of the most important poles in the world. Russia could be the center of this multi-polar world or only one of its poles. But Russia cannot be the only Heartland.

» It is surprising that at the bottom of our politics we always find theology. «
Pierre-Joseph Proudhon, Les confessions d'un revolutionnaire, 1849.

[...] Over the course of numerous discussions, conferences, speeches, lectures, and articles, I have come to the conclusion that it is high time to introduce the notion of an apportioned, or “distributed Heartland.” To this end, I think it is important to attentively examine the German geopolitics of the 1920-’30’s, which proclaimed Germany to be the European Heartland. Of interest to us is not so much Germany itself as the very possibility of considering an additional Heartland [...] A Chinese Heartland is an altogether different question. China, after all, is Rimland, a coastal zone. If we recognize China as bearing the status of a Heartland, then we are recognizing China as an independent strategic space. If we qualify China as Heartland, then we are emphasizing the conservative aspect of China – China as Land Power. But if China declares itself to be a Heartland against Russia, just as Hitler’s Germany declared itself to be the heart of Eurasia against Soviet Russia, then conflict will immediately arise.

If Russia retains the status of an independent pole, then this “distributed Heartland” acquires a completely different meaning. Then it is possible to consider such Heartlands as a Russian Heartland, as in all traditional geopolitical maps as the “geographical pivot of history”, and a European Heartland. We also arrive at considering a Chinese Heartland, and this means that we consider China as a traditional, conservative, independent, and sovereign state as it is today – and it will only become more so in the future. In the very least, it is important to reconcile the Chinese Heartland with the Russian Heartland, and partially even the European Heartland. But even this is insufficient to constructing a multi-polar world. We necessarily have to consider an Islamic Heartland (covering the historical spaces of at least 3-4 empires, stretching from Turkey to Pakistan). The concept of a distributed Heartland can further be expanded to India, and projected onto Latin America and Africa as well.

As follows, there should be an American Heartland in the multi-polar system. We have become too accustomed to thinking in the terms of classical geopolitics that the US and Anglo-Saxon world can only be Sea Power. In a multi-polar world, America will not be able to play this role, its global maritime range will naturally be reduced, thereby changing the very nature of America. As follows, an American Heartland should arise which, in a multi-polar system, should not be seen exclusively as in opposition to other Heartlands. The vote for Trump represented the contours of this American Heartland. If we begin to conceive of Heartland as a distributed type of culture associated with the reinforcement of conservative identity, then “Make America Great Again” is the thesis of an American Heartland. Stop being a Sea Power, and you will be great again.

[...] Distributed Heartland is the imperative of the new geopolitical model, of multi-polar geopolitics. I think that this concept deserves very serious cogitation, pondering, and description. There should be a number of conferences, or an even entire volume devoted to this inevitable question. The efficacy of this concept of distributed Heartland is, in my opinion, extremely important, insofar as the construction of a multi-polar world now demands clearer and more precise roadmaps.

Switzerland About To Start Collecting Data To Calculate Sanctions Impact

The Swiss government is to start collecting data from companies trading in commodities as the Ukraine conflict underscores the importance of the sector for both domestic and foreign policy, the Federal Council said in a statement released Wednesday. Switzerland currently has no official data on the contribution of the commodities trade to the country's GDP or goods traded by locally-based companies.

Over the next three years, the state statistics office will request information from about 400 companies, the statement said.

The move comes as Switzerland is juggling the implementation of Western sanctions against Russian resources with its status as a major hub for trading the country’s energy, grains and metals and a history of neutrality in international conflicts. Switzerland accounts for more than a third of global crude oil trade, more than two-thirds of metals trade and more than 35% of global agricultural trade, according to research, the report said.

Wait ... They did not calculate the impact before imposing sanctions. Now they want to know. In three years.

Switzerland imported more than 14 tons of gold from Russia during October 2023 for processing, taking advantage of the fact that it was shipped through third countries, and thus did not violate Western sanctions, the latest data from the Swiss Federal Council has revealed. In October, the Alpine country’s gold imports totaled CHF776 million ($879 million), of which $875.7 million worth of the gold originated from Russia and was delivered through the UK and Moldova, data showed.

Ukraine Lost 90% Of It's Army And 480,000+ Soldiers Are Dead

Ukraine's army, hailed by NATO media the 'strongest and most powerful military force in Europe', is collapsing on all fronts. Some 480,000 plus Ukrainian soldiers are now dead, an unknown number wounded, maimed, handicapped, mentally affected. Hundreds of thousands lost fathers, sons, husbands, brothers, friends. The evaporation of Ukraine's economy and finances is about to complete. The moment money from the West stops, the regime in Kiev, the army and the administration will disintegrate. And the regime in Washington remains committed to fight Russia to the last Ukrainian and does not allow the Zelensky regime to surrender nor to end the daily carnage and sacrifice amongst brothers now enemies.

Why?

The US insists that the Zelensky regime has not yet run out of men and women old and young for slaughter
ten years to the day since the US-Zionist Euromaidan Putsch was triggered in Kyiv on November 21, 2013.
Project Ukraine. War-And-Pillage. Who benefits. Who commands the US.

Approximately half of the country's total population of around 40 million in February 2022 had fled their homes or became Russian Federation citizens. Once the war is over, settlements and infrastructure destroyed by artillery shells, battlefields, trenches, font-lines etc. will remain toxic wastelands, unsuitable for settlement, agriculture or any other human activities. 90% of the six million Ukrainian refugees in the West are women and children and may have no reason, no one and nowhere to return to.

Genocide?
Ethnic cleansing?
Why.

Breakup Of European Union And NATO Inevitable | Andrei Martyanov

Immediately after the end of the Special Military Operation, the West will not be able to fight with us. It does not have a trained army, it will not accumulate the required amount of resources, it has no plans for war with Russia. It only has scraps of speculation and guesswork.

Mission accomplished.

These three factors make war with NATO unlikely. It is clear that the United States can push the Europeans to take crazy steps. But on the economic and diplomatic front we have specialists who will try to keep them from doing this. And the New World Order will lead to processes that will lead to a split in the European Union and NATO. If we break through a land corridor to Hungary, then Serbia will be magnetized to this axis. And it can be followed by Slovakia and Romania, where very interesting processes are taking place. Eastern Europe will begin to break away from old Europe, which will be severely depressed due to the economic situation. After all, Europe is defeated not only on the eastern front, but also in the global south (it is not so simple with China).

Consider this: Romania, Hungary, Slovakia and Serbia have a combined population of roughly 42 million. This is substantial, it is also a promising market - make your own conclusion. Russia doesn't need love or obedience, Russia is interested in trade with people who still recognize that there are only two genders. Simple as that. Once the land bridge is built, European structure changes dramatically. Old Europe can go and die.

Avoiding Default By Destroying Others | The War-And-Pillage Business Model

The US started talking again about a possible default. However, while a default is technically possible, it is unlikely for now. A default would have immediate severe consequences for the US themselves. Their entire war economy would collapse. And why default now? So far continued destruction of other countries has proved to be a lucrative alternative, attracted investors and directed gigantic capital flows to the US.

 Wonders of a War-And-Pillage Economy.

Since 2008 full spectrum assault missions on European Union countries turned out to be nothing short of a success story for the US. In dollar terms the EU economy is now down to 65% of the United States economy. That’s down from 91% in 2013. American GDP per capita is now more than twice that of the EU, and the gap continues to widen. However, now one dollar is worth 50 cents in 2020 dollars. And why exactly is 2013, the year before the US Maidan coup in Ukraine, important? Because in 2013 the US systematically began to use sanctions mechanisms to deprive the European Union countries of cheap Russian energy and to force them to break off beneficial trade and projects with Russia and China. Capital fleeing from the EU to the US was triggered and has been increasing ever since. The US is perfectly content with the now rapidly de-industrializing, US energy-dependent, asset-stripped and broke European Union and will abuse it as long as it lasts.
So this time around, which are the remaining wealthy, long-term strategically expendable, docile and suicidal vassal states expected to finance the US for just a little bit longer: Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the UAE? Taiwan, South Korea, Japan? In reality the recently near global US dollar hegemony shrunk by half a planet since February 2022. Destroying and plundering Russia, China and Iran remains the US' only goal and hope. Whatever it takes. For the universal triumph, to the full satisfaction and for the eternal glory of their chosen masters. Or, under certain circumstances, God willing, war and regime change in the US will soon mess up those ambitions, as L. David Linsky suggests.

Ratings of a Failed Empire

War is war. The US budget deficit for the first 9 months stood at a staggering $2 trillion when the US Treasury declared it would add another $776 billion to US debt before 2023 ends. These were absolute and unprecedented historical records. More war? No problem.

August 30, 2021  ─  Old news still good. Plandemic. Covid time.

November 10, 2023  ─ End game of US forces in the Sahel, in the Gulf, the Mediterranean,
the Red Sea, the Black Sea, in Iraq, Syria, Ukraine, Gaza and Israel. Groundbreaking.

Yesterday  ─  November 10  ─  the US government attempted to borrow $24 billion by selling some fresh 30-year debt. It was a huge disaster. In order to attract enough buyers, the rate had to be raised sharply. And even so, the major US banks had to buy 25% of the debt because there were no other buyers at all. Even frequent buyers like Japan didn't participate this time. With buyers catastrophically scarce, the US government keeps borrowing more than ever and has no intention of stopping. Well, if they really want to borrow such amounts, they will be forced to offer ever higher rates to attract lenders. Everyone knows what high interest rates are doing to their economy and people. The Biden administration's debt isn't just getting more expensive to service. It's also getting harder and harder to sell at all

 The never-bankrupt-empire's yield   ─  November 7 - 10, 2023.

Moody's downgraded the outlook on the US credit rating to 'negative' from 'stable', citing large budget deficits and declining debt affordability, prompting immediate criticism from President Joe Biden's administration. The revised view from Moody's means the likelihood of a further downgrade of the US over the next 12 months. The ratings agency said that "continued political polarization" in US Congress raises the risk that lawmakers will not be able to reach consensus on a fiscal plan to slow the decline in debt affordability. Etcetera.

The American special tribute toll to the masters of their fate  ─  2007 - 2053.

Moody’s was the only and last of the three main credit rating businesses with a top rating on the US after Fitch Ratings downgraded the US government in August following their latest 'debt-ceiling battle'. S&P Global Ratings stripped the US of its top rating in 2011 amid what was brandished 'debt ceiling crisis'. Immediately after the Moody's release, White House spokesperson Karine Jean-Pierre said the change was "yet another consequence of congressional Republican extremism and dysfunction." And Deputy Treasury Secretary Wally Adeyemo disagreed with the evaluation. He said the Biden administration had demonstrated its commitment to fiscal sustainability, the American economy remains strong, and Treasury securities are the world’s preeminent safe and liquid asset. Sure, except for some good reasons.

The US War On China | Edward N. Luttwak

Xi’s incessant calls for “combat readiness” may mean that he actually doubts that Chinese military forces are ready for real combat. Its navy, after all, is brand new and inexperienced, while the air force is greatly inferior in its technology, mostly relying on Soviet jet engines, radar-evading “stealth” that is not really stealthy, and inferior missiles. But more importantly, Xi’s intense bellicosity and intense calls for “the rejuvenation of the Chinese people” suggests motives that we cannot even imagine. No, not Taiwan, which China could have had for the asking by merely treating Hong Kong’s freedoms with demonstrative respect, making “one country, two systems” very attractive to the Taiwanese.

» There is no China. There is only Xi. He is a dictator. He is isolated. He is obsessed. Kill the bastard !
Wang Yi is but a lackey. China is corrupt and weak. Dump Ukraine and destroy China ! «

» Know your enemy. He will win who knows why to fight how to fight when to fight and when not to fight. «
Sun Tzu, The Art of War.

Much more likely is his personal sense of shame that China’s history is a long sequence of defeats at the hands of badly outnumbered invaders — the Turkic, Mongol and Manchurian Jurchen tribes-people, and then the Japanese who might still be there if they had not attacked the US. As with Mussolini, then, Xi’s real aim may well be to turn his unwarlike people into warriors.

Why Netanyahu Thinks America Is Stupid | Marwan Bishara

» America can always afford forever wars. «

»
If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle. «
Sun Tzu, The Art of War.

» America is a Golden Calf and we will suck it dry, chop it up, and sell it off piece by piece until there is nothing left but the world’s biggest welfare state that we will create and control. Why? Because it’s god’s will and America is big enough to take the hit so we can do it again, again and again. This is what we do to countries that we hate. We destroy them very slowly and make them suffer for refusing to be our slaves. «

Benjamin Netanyahu, 1990

ooo0ooo

The United States has provided Israel with the military means and diplomatic cover it needs to defeat Hamas in Gaza, while devastating the livelihood of more than two million Palestinians, in what qualify as war crimes. The Biden administration has covered for Israel at the United Nations and lied about it. Its denial of having obstructed a mere statement by the UN Security Council (UNSC) calling for a ceasefire, makes it look foolish, disingenuous and weak. Washington has stood alone among the members of the council in its opposition to consensus on a ceasefire, not once, not twice, but three times in the past few days. The White House spokesperson insisted that the US is pursuing an "effective" approach of "quiet, intensive, diplomacy", but as it turns out, President Joe Biden has been merely buying Israel time to get on with "finishing the job" [...] One has to wonder if any of this is in the US national interest. The short answer is no.
